Kutsaca means “Be Happy” in Changana, the local dialect of the province of Gaza, Mozambique.

Kutsaca is a Tree sown in 2013 from the following convictions:

• Each one of us can do something to change the world and every seed that is genuinely and disciplinedly nurtured, generates powerful individual and collective fruits;

• A transformation model is only really efficient if it promotes collaborative bridges in an active and conscious way, stimulating the local potential and essence, to the detriment of the assistance model, generating autonomy, vitality and empowerment.
